Chinese Smartphone maker, Xiaomi announces the Redmi Note 7S mobile handset with 6.3-inch FHD+ display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 660, and the trendy 48MP camera lens.
After introducing the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 PRO Android powered Smartphone. The company expanded the portfolio, by adding the Redmi Note 7S device.
And much like others, one of the main feature of the phone series is the main 48-megapixels camera lens. Aside from that, it comes with many other amazing features too.

Design and Display
The Redmi Note 7S comes with an Aura design, it looks stunning. Although, the design is not that specific from other Smartphone out there.
It comes with a 6.3-inch Full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) Dot Notch Display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. And the front display and back panel are protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Redmi Note 7S packs a P2i splash-resistant coating, although, the sides of the phone are made from aluminum. Aside from that, it features a 1.95mm narrow bezels, and 81.37% screen-to-body ratio.
The device is available in different models, unique and distinctive color options, which includes Onyx Black, Ruby Red, and Sapphire Blue.
Well, the back panel of the phone is completely interrupted by a dual rear camera, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor scanner, and a Redmi company logo by Xiaomi.
Camera and Connectivity
The Redmi Note 7S comes with a dual rear camera, while the DOT notch display design housed the single front facing selfie camera sensor.
At the back of the phone sits a 48-megapixels rear camera with f/1.79 aperture, 1/2″ Samsung GM1 sensor, 0.8μm pixel size, PDAF, EIS, it also supports with LED Flash.
While the secondary 5-megapixels camera with f/2.2 aperture, 1.12μm pixel size. Supports Night Mode with multiple HDR exposures for better low light photography.
While the front hosts a 13-megapixels selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture, 1.12μm pixel size. It includes AI Portrait camera and AI Face Unlock.
Most of the camera features includes PDAF, EIS, AI Portrait Mode, but the main back 48MP uses the familiar Quad Bayer structure merging 4 pixels into 1 for effective 12MP photos.

It is only available in 3GB LPDDR4x RAM with 32GB of internal storage / 4GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB storage, and they are both expandable up to 256GB with microSD.
The Redmi Note 7S runs Android Pie with MIUI 10, and it is backed by a 4,000mAh battery capacity with Quick Charge 4.0 technology support for 18W speeds.
Redmi Note 7S 3GB/32GB is priced at INR 10,999 ($158), while the 4GB/64GB variant costs INR 12,999 ($187). If you are interested, you can easily get the phone starting May 23 online via Xiaomi’s website and Flipkart.
Well, the company are trying to gain more customers in India, after reaching 2 million sales in just 2 months with the Redmi Note 7 series in the country.
