Chinese phone maker, Xiaomi announced its latest Smartphone in its home country, China. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition 5G comes with a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, QUAD-rear cameras with 5x optical zoom, 4160mAh battery, and powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor.
Xiaomi has already launched its flagship series, Mi 10 and Mi 10 PRO with Snapdragon 865 chipset in China, and recently announced the global variants.
You can easily link the Mi 10 Lite to the newly unveiled Mi 10 Youth Edition 5G, they are identical to each other with its 6.57” Full HD+ AMOLED display with 180Hz touch sampling rate. It is said to be introduced globally as Mi 10 Lite Zoom.

This is the company’s first phone with a periscope shooter that allows up to 5x optical zoom and 50x hybrid zoom. It is the 8-megapixels telephoto camera with split-OIS.
While the other three cameras include 48MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide snapper, and a 2MP macro shooter. All the camera are supported by LED Flash, can record videos in 4K @ 30fps, 1080p @ 60fps, 120fps and 720p @ 960fps.
On the front is the 6.57-inch 1080 pixels Full HD+ AMOLED 20:9 display with HDR 10+ with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection, and a water-drop notch display that houses the 16MP selfie snapper.
Mi 10 Youth Edition 5G was completely made from a glass back panel design, measures 7.88mm and comes in Deep Gray, Blue-Green Gradient, Orange, Milk Green, and Pink-White Gradient colors option.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition 5G is powered by the Octa-Core Snapdragon 765G 7nm EUV Mobile Platform with a built-in 5G stand-alone and non-stand alone (SA/NSA) sub-6GHz networks.
While the graphics of the phone’s game is aided by the Adreno 620 GPU, 6GB RAM with 64GB / 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 128GB / 256GB internal storage.
It runs on Android 10 with MIUI 11 and can be upgraded to the newly launched company’s skin MIUI 12. It supports dual SIM, 5G SA/ NSA / Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5, NFC, and GPS.
In order to keep the phone running, there is a 4160mAh battery cell with fast charging tech. The pre-orders for this phone commences from today, while it’ll roll out starting from April 30.
Where the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage goes for 2099 yuan ($296), 6GB + 128GB priced at 2299 yuan ($324), 8GB + 128GB costs 2499 yuan ($353) and the top end 8GB RAM + 256GB storage is priced at 2799 yuan ($395).
