Vivo Y83 Pro Review

Around May ending, Vivo announced the Y83 mobile phone but 3 months later, we have the successor, Vivo Y83 Pro! And it was officially launched in India market.

Meanwhile, between the both phones, there are few differences and huge similarities. The most noticed feature is the awesome notch display that houses the selfie snapper and regular receiver and sensors.

But on the back, the company upgraded from the single camera lens on the Vivo Y83 to a trending dual camera setup, consisting of a 13-megapixel primary sensor, and a secondary 2-megapixel depth sensor.

Another major difference, is the introduction of biometric security, Fingerprint sensor scanner, which is nicely mounted at the rear side of the mobile device.

The front still packs the same selfie snapper of 8-megapixel selfie camera with an AI Face beauty feature. Virtually, everything else remains the same, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, runs on Funtouch OS 4.0 on top of Android 8.1 OS.

The price of the new Vivo Y83 Pro smartphone is Rs 15,990. Also note that, Vivo is set to host an event in India on September 6, where the Vivo V11 is expected to be launched.
