One of the most popular Smartphone makers, vivo officially launches its latest mobile handset, and it is just another MediaTek Dimensity 810 powered phone out there on the market – vivo Y74s 5G with 50-megapixels rear camera.
The vivo Y74s 5G comes right after the company announces the vivo Y76s, and these phones actually do look the same tho. The vivo Y74s 5G arrives with a 6.58” LCD 1080p+ (20:9), 1,500:1 contrast ratio, and with a standard 60Hz refresh rate, but a 180 Hz touch sampling rate.
Essentially, the phone sports a three-camera in total, featuring a dual-camera setup on the back, 50-megapixels main lens, and accompanied by a 2-megapixels macro cam. On the front are an 8-megapixels shooter and this only supports 1080p video recording.
It is available in Galaxy Blue and Starry Night Black color option, and other features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, aptX (HD) and LDAC support (over Bluetooth 5.1), and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. It supports two SIM card slots.
The vivo Y74s 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor, it is a 6nm chipset that sports two Cortex-A76 cores, six A55, coupled with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for better graphic performance during the heated gaming sessions.
Well, you can find the phone in a single memory option, an 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 256GB of built-in storage (UFS 2.2) and there is also a MicroSD slot for a memory expansion that supports cards up to 1TB.
Powering the battery inside the vivo Y74s 5G is a 4100mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging via a USB Type-C connector. The new smartphone goes for CNY 2,300 ($360/€320/₹26,800), and fortunately, it is available in China now.
