Vivo Y70s 5G announced with 6.53-inch FHD+ LCD screen, 16-megapixel selfie camera, 48-megapixel triple rear camera, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 4500mAh battery and powered by Samsung’s Exynos 880 chipset.
The VIVO Y70s 5G spills out premium tech specs, but it is just like any other mid-range phone out there on the market. It is the company’s latest 5G smartphone in China.

The Vivo Y70s 5G comes in Black, Blue, and Gradient white color options, a 6.53-inch FHD+ LCD screen at 1080 pixels resolution with a 90.72% screen-to-body ratio, and houses a 16-megapixel camera in the punch-hole.
It measures 8.46mm, weighs 190g, and packs a side-mounted fingerprint sensor scanner that can unlock the phone in 0.18 seconds. The new device still holds the 3.5mm audio jack, and carries dual speakers.
At the back panel is the triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
The phone also has 4K video recording support with PDAF. Where the connectivity option includes dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac dual-band, Bluetooth 5, GPS/GLONASS, and USB Type-C port.
Vivo Y70s 5G smartphone draws its power from the new Samsung Exynos 880 SoC with built-in SA & NSA dual-mode 5G, adopts a 360° antenna design that promises ultra-stable signal.
The processor arrives with two Cortex-A77 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz and six Cortex-A76 cores at 1.8 GHz speed. Coupled with ARM Mali-G76 MP5 GPU that boosts the graphic design during the gaming session, providing a wonderful experience.
You can find the phone in two different variants, there is the 6GB / 8GB RAM, with 128GB storage. Fortunately, you can easily expand any of the models up to 256GB with a MicroSD card slot.
The phone also uses 90mm liquid-cooled heat dissipation heat pipes and multi-layer PGS graphite heat sinks close to 10,000 square millimeters, combined with a thermally conductive gel that promises up to 10° C temperature reduction.
It runs on Android 10 with Funtouch OS 10 and fueled by a moderate 4500mAh battery capacity with 18W fast charging tech. The new phone is already on pre-order in its home country, China. While the official selling date has been scheduled for the 1st of June.
The phone comes in two variants, where the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs 1998 yuan ($280) and 2198 yuan ($308) for the top-end model, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version.
