Vivo Y33s comes with Helio G80 12nm chips, 5000mAh battery, and Halo Fullview screen display

This is Vivo’s new affordable Smartphone for the Indian market. As expected, the company is offering the new phone among its Y series, Vivo Y33s with a Halo Fullview screen display, bigger battery capacity and it comes with MediaTek’s processor.

Vivo Y33s arrive in two color options – Mirror Black and Midday Dream colors. To express how tiny it is, the new handset is 8mm thin and weighs 182g, which is pretty okay. It also comes with a 3.5mm audio jack, and other connectivity such as Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, and GPS.

On the front is a 6.58-inch 1080 pixels Halo FHD+ LCD screen panel, offering a 90.6% screen-to-body ratio alongside slim bezels on the bottom and a waterdrop notch display on top, which houses a single 16-megapixels front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.

Around the sleek 2.5D flat frame rear panel is a block of cameras, while the biggest lens offers the primary f/1.8 50-megapixels camera with LED flash, and accompanied by two smaller lenses, a dual f/2.4 2-megapixels sensors as a depth sensor and macro.

Vivo Y33s is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio G80 12nm processor with its Cortex-A75 CPU clocked at 2GHz and Cortex-A55 CPU at 1.8GHz. This is coupled with up to 950MHz ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU for preferable performance.

The Vivo Y33s is available in a single configuration, 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB (eMMC 5.1) internal storage, and it expands up to 1TB through microSD. It supports Dual SIM and runs Android 11 with the company skin FunTouch OS 11.1 on top.

It arrives with a volume up/down button and a power button on its sides, which also doubles as the fingerprint sensor. The Vivo Y33s sports a gigantic 5000mAh battery capacity with support for 18W Fast Charge through USB Type-C.

The Vivo Y33s costs Rs. 17,990 (NGN99,890 Nigerian Naira) for its single variant, and starting from 23rd of August, Vivo’s new handsets will be available for purchase through the company’s India E-store, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online and offline stores and across all partner retail stores.
