VIVO Y30 released in Malaysia with QUAD-rear camera, Helio P35 and 5000mAh

The Chinese smartphone maker, VIVO has released a new phone to its Y-series, it is the VIVO Y30 with a 6.47-inch HD+ Ultra O Screen Display, QUAD-rear camera, 5000mAh battery and powered by MediaTek Helio P35 SoC.

VIVO Y30 is the company’s latest Smartphone that was not officially released, instead, the device is already listed at Lazada Malaysia with full specs and price tag.

Vivo Y30

The VIVO Y30 carries a 6.47-inch HD+ 720p “Ultra O Screen Display” LCD panel with a single punch hole in the upper left corner and a slight bezel on the bottom.

Since the company did not officially announce the phone, we assumed that the back panel is completely made up of plastic design, with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor scanner.

VIVO Y30 measures 9.11mm dimension, weighs 197g, and available in three amazing colors, Dazzle Blue and Moonstone White. It supports dual SIM, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS as its connectivity features.

The new device is completely powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, (ARM Cortex A53 CPU), IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which is fortunately expandable up to 512GB via microSD card slot.

It runs on Android 10 out of the box, based on the company’s latest skin FunTouch OS 10. To keep the phone light on, there is a 5000mAh battery inside the phone. VIVO did not specify if there is fast charging or not.

The Vivo Y30 official launch is scheduled for Saturday, May 9, and as its availability date in Malaysia. But since it is already available for order, it is priced at 899 Malaysian Ringgit ($208). However, we are still unsure about international availability.
