Vivo Y20T announced with Snapdragon 662 chipset

Vivo Y20T was officially announced in India with a big display, and it is powered by Qualcomm last year’s 11nm processor, the Snapdragon 662, and the company also attached a massive battery capacity.

It is the newest member of the company’s Y series and Vivo is offering some incentives alongside the purchase. It is available in Obsidian Black and Purist Blue color options. The Vivo Y20T is 8.41mm thick and weighs 192g.

The Vivo Y20T arrives with a 6.51-inch 720 pixels HD+ 20:9 LCD screen. It comes with a volume up/down button and a power button that doubles as a fingerprint sensor. There is a 3.5mm audio jack, and FM Radio support.

Inside the waterdrop notch display is an 8-megapixels front-facing camera with an f/1.8 lens. Around the back panel, there is a triple rear camera sensor, an f/2.2 13-megapixels sensor with LED flash, and a double f/2.4 2-megapixels macro camera sensor.

There are other notable specifications such as dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 support, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, dedicated dual SIM, microSD slots, and USB Type-C. It runs Android 11 with Funtouch OS 11.1 out of the box.

Vivo Y20T is powered by Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 11nm Mobile Platform with its two Quad Kryo 260 clocks at 2GHz and 1.8GHz. It is coupled with Adreno 610 GPU and comes in 6GB of RAM and 64GB storage, and it supports memory expansion.

The Vivo Y20T comes with a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. It costs Rs. 15,490 (USD $205) and will be available for purchase from Vivo India E-store, Amazon.in, Flipkart, Paytm, Bajaj Finserv EMI Store, and across all partner retail stores starting today, 11th October 2021.
