Vivo Y12 announced with triple rear cameras, and 5000mAh battery capacity

Vivo Y12 is now official with 6.35-inch Halo FullView display, triple rear cameras, 5000mAh battery, FunTouch OS and it is powered by Helio P22 SoC.

The mobile handset has been rumored in several cases and times, but we are happy that the phone is now officially available in India market.

Vivo is the third largest player in the Indian smartphone industry with 12% of the market share. And they are slowly becoming of the biggest Smartphone maker globally.

Vivo Y12

The Vivo Y12 is officially the latest mobile handset in the company’s budgeted Y-series. And it comes with almost identical specs to others in the same Y-series, like the Y17, and Y15.

It comes with a shiny and reflective back design, which is actually polycarbonate. And it sports a 6.35-inch “Halo FullView” display with a resolution of 720x1544p and a screen-to-body ratio of 89%.

A triple camera sensors are aligned vertically on the back of the phone, and it includes 13MP f/2.2 main, 8MP f/2.2 super-wide, and 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor modules.

The camera features includes Time-Lapse, Live Photos, HDR, Portrait Mode, Panorama, and Super Wide-Angle Camera among others. There is also PDAF support.

While the water-drop notch display at the front, houses a single 8-megapixels f/1.8 unit for selfies and video calls. The handset runs Android Pie-based Funtouch OS 9.
