Vivo U3 was officially announced in China, and it is currently listed on the company’s website. The device is latest to be added to Vivo U-series.
It comes in different variants, which includes the color options and the memory models. Anyways, the new device also has taste for intensive gaming session. The new U3 joins the U3X which is the rebranded as Vivo U10 in the Chinese market.

The Vivo U3 arrives with a 3D gradient back finish design, and available in Black, Blue and Green color options with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor scanner.
It sports a 6.53-inch 1080 pixels Full HD+ 19.5:9 LCD screen, pixel density of 394ppi, and it boasts of 90.3% screen-to-body ratio. The bezels are quite minimalist.
The new device also features a water-drop notch display, which hosts the 16-megapixels front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, which is mounted for selfies, Face Unlock, and video call.
On the other hand, there is a triple rear camera setup, which includes the main 16-megapixel camera with f/1.78 aperture, an 8-megapixel wide-angle snapper with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The device comes with Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, Micro USB, Dual SIM
as its network and connectivity.

Vivo U3 runs on Funtouch OS 9.2 based on Android 9.0 (Pie), and supports 5000mAh battery capacity with 18W Dual Engine Flash charging technology. Unfortunately, it is fueled via a traditional MicroUSB port.
Other software features are Game Space launcher for games, Multi-Turbo for boosting the phone’s performance and the Jovi AI assistant. The device is available for purchase right now, but the availability outside is China is yet to be confirmed.
The Vivo U3 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model is priced at CNY 999/$141, the U3 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage goes for CNY 1,199 / $165. Which requires an additional $24 to you the higher top-notch model.
