The vivo S10e goes official in China in three paint jobs – Glaze Black, Haze Watercolor, and Gradient colors options. It comes with four cameras, and a moderate battery capacity. It is 7.49mm thick and weighs 175g. It is the third Smartphone in the vivo S10 series.
The photochromic process used for the S10e rear panel makes the color of the back transforms when the sunlight hits at different angles. Instead of a normal frame, it features an aviation aluminum frame.
vivo S10e arrives with a tall 6.44-inch 1080 pixels Full HD+ AMOLED display, with a notch panel display that houses a single 32-megapixels selfie camera. The S10e comes with a fingerprint sensor embedded inside the display panel.
Around the back panel is a vertically-mounted rectangular camera setup, which hosts a primary 64-megapixels f/1.89 lens with LED flash, followed by 8-megapixels 119° ultrawide sensor, and a 2-megapixels f/2.4 macro lens.
It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 6nm processor with its Cortex-A78 CPU clocking up to 2.4GHz, while the 6x Cortex-A55 CPU clocks at 2GHz, coupled with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU for better graphic performance.
The vivo S10e is available in a single 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with either 128GB / 256GB internal storage, it boosts Android 11 with Origion OS 1.0 out of the box, features USB Type-C audio, 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 support, and GPS/GLONASS.
The 4000mAh battery keeps the phone lights on, it supports 44W fast charging through USB Type-C. The vivo S10e 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version costs 2399 yuan ($373 / NGN153,270 Nigerian Naira approx.).
While the bigger 256GB storage version costs 2599 yuan ($404 / NGN166,000 Nigerian Naira approx.). The company mentioned that the S10e will be available to order from October 20th and will go on sale in China from November 1st.
