Few months ago, Vivo announced the iQoo Neo gaming phone with Snapdragon 845 in China but today, the company unveiled the Vivo iQOO Neo Snapdragon 855 Edition and 33W fast charging.

Well, the new Vivo iQOO Neo phone joins the previous generation, Vivo iQOO Neo with Snapdragon 845 SoC with lesser fast charging technology.

The Snapdragon 855 chipset, and 33W fast charging isn’t the only differences from the older model. But the company added an extra color and storage variants to the new 855 model.

Vivo iQOO Neo Snapdragon 855

Aside from those three features and one additional color option, the new Vivo iQOO Neo mobile phone is totally similar to its predecessor, iQOO Neo with Snapdragon 845 SoC.

It still sports the same 6.38-inch Full-HD+ 1080pixels Super AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and boasts of 90% screen-to-body ratio, alongside with in-display fingerprint sensor.

Identical to the original edition, the new iQOO Neo comes with triple rear camera, consisting of the main 12-megapixel primary rear camera with Sony IMX363 sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel sensor for portrait shots.

While the front model arrives with a 12-megapixel camera sensor with dual-pixel technology, f/2.0 lens and supports AI beautification and face unlock feature.

The new device is completely powered by a 2.84GHz Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC, paired with Adreno 640 GPU, 6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB of internal storage.

Since, it is a gaming mobile phone like the 845 Edition, it still comes with liquid cooling, 4D gaming experience with real-time recognition of the game scene that vibrates the phone to intelligent match the scenes.

The Vivo iQOO Neo runs on Android 9 Pie with Funtouch OS 9 out of the box. Available in Carbon black, Electro-optic violet and an additional Icelandic Aurora colors options.

And powered by the same 4500mAh battery capacity, but with 33W flash charge tech that can charge from 0 to 25% in 10 minutes. You can start purchasing the device from October 31st in China.
