    • Hello Tochukwu, unlike other banks, you can not manually increase your daily transfer limit. But you can transfer more using your Token, and via online banking. Regards.

  5. Am having issues with my Gtb mobile app , I can’t access my app I have complained to my bank branch about it I don’t know if the send a wrong email address to there headquarter because am yet to receive my token number in my mailbox. Please kindly do something about it thanks

    • You just have to enroll for GTB USSD mobile banking with your MasterCard details, and you can easily start transferring funds from the comfort of your home. While for advanced transfers, using internet banking, you must visit the bank’s branch.

  7. I used the USSD code for my number linked to my account and what it is showing me is ‘An error occurred with this service. Please try again’. I have been trying for over 3 days now and still the same problem. It was working before, but just does not work again. Please help.

    • I need to get gtb token for online loan that can last for some months. not this instant transfer token that expire within few minite.
