Introducing to you is the latest Electric bike in India. The Tronx One is the first smart crossover electric bike that is available in India and cost Rs 49,999.
The new e-bike comes with mouth watering features for bikers, the first thing, you would notice is that, it comes with Virtual Gears. Tronx Motors, is a subsidiary of Hyderabad-based Smartron. The battery claims to deliver a guaranteed range of 50 kilometres on continuous throttle mode per charge.
The Tronx One is said to be more perfect for slow riders and exercising. It runs at 25km speed per hour, hence, no need of license warranty, but you can adjust the range and speed of the bike, with the help of other Virtual Gears, three Electric Gears and six-speed Shimano Shifters.
The Tronx One electric bike packs a removable 36V, 13.6Ah Lithium ion 500W battery and can be full charged within 2 hours time and with a single charge, it can provide a power of 70-85km on electronic gear assist mode. And the battery isn’t in-built like others, you can take it off and charge it somewhere else.
To make the electric bike look more professional and giving the riders a value for its money, the Tronx One comes with in two modes, the motor can be completely turned off and can be peddled like a bicycle, the other mode is a kick start option wherein the motor will come into picture.
It packs an intelligent services, such as lock unlock option, display unit and navigation system, among others. It is integrated with an applications which allows to set an estimate range and fitness goals, among others from the smartphone.
There is a sophisticated and enhanced display on the e-bike and it is powered by Smatron’s TronX technology, the display definitely helps riders view information at a glance. It is made of rust-proof aerograde alloy material.
There are front and rear electronic brakes. The Sachin Tendulkar-backed company has launched the bike in 12 major cities including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Pune, and service centres will be opened in each of these cities.
The Shipping will start on July 16 for the first batch of consumers who have pre-booked the bike. Being the first Crossover e-bike in India, it is available in two colors, magma red and pacific blue.
