To activate your Sterling Bank Mobile Banking, the first thing to do is to activate your Sterling Online Banking. You can do that here.

It is easy to use and no sign up is necessary. As long as you have a Sterling Bank account and an Online Banking login, you can access the Mobile Banking service anywhere you use your phone.

  1. Hello pls I recharge from my sterling bank and I didn’t get my VTU also was debited,and till now no reverse has been made. Kindly reverse my money back to my bank acct or you send my VTU back to me.

  3. av lost my Sim card that i use to register on my bank profile and i went to one of sterling bank and told one of d bank official what happen..i was given alert form to chose another number and i fill the form
    and return it but since then i haven’t see any alert on d new number..d main problem that is there now is my gf send 3,000 naira into my account through online from gtb bank for almost three days now i haven’t see d money in my account and av visited one if d sterling bank to complain but I was told its network prob.tell me what to do customer am fed up with sterling bank.Name Toogun olutayo olatunji

    • Hello toogun olutayo olatunji, please be very much aware, that we are not in anyway connected with Sterling Bank but you can still wait for at least one week, if it doesn’t arrive, there is no other thing to do than to visit the bank and inform them. Thank you!
