SONY announces their latest Smartphone at the IFA show, it is the Sony Xperia 5 with 6.1” OLED panel with a tall CinemaWide screen 21:9 display, Snapdragon 855, triple rear cameras and Snapdragon 855 with 6GB of RAM.
Xperia 5 is official but not included with 5G network. Instead, you can find the regular X24 LTE modem with the high-end Snapdragon 855 SoC chipset.
In a short summary, the Sony Xperia 5 comes with a 6.1-inch 21:9 CinemaWide FHD+ HDR display offering bright colors with BRAVIA X1 for mobile, powered by Snapdragon 855 with 6GB of RAM and runs on Android Pie.

The Sony Xperia 5 arrives with a smaller screen , with a 6.1-inch (1080 x 2520pixels) FHD_ OLED HDR Display with 21:9 aspect ratio, and the front screen and back panel is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 6.
Arrives with a side-mounted Fingerprint sensor, Water Resistant (IP65/IP68), Dolby Atmos-enhanced stereo sound with one speaker on the bottom and the earpiece acting as a second one for the stereo experience.
While the back panel hosts a triple rear camera setup, which consists triple main 12MP + 12MP ultra-wide-angle and 12MP telephoto lens. The 12-megapixel rear cameras with 16mm super wide-angle lens, portrait and 2x optical zoom.
It is the same setup from the Sony Xperia 1 and it is backed by a 3140mAh battery with Xperia Adaptive Charging. It is available in Black, Blue, Grey and Red colors options.
Powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 7nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 640 GPU, coupled with 6GB RAM, 128GB internal memory, expandable memory up to 512GB via microSD card and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie).
It is available in a single model, which is priced at £699, around $862 / Rs. 61,990. According to the company, pre-order will begin from September 18th in UK and the Xperia 5 will roll out from October 2019.
