This is the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G – The company’s latest Smartphone Super AMOLED Plus display, and many other amusing specifications and features, which brings resemblance to the Galaxy A73 5G – Although, it’s more like a budgeted version of the device.
The Samsung Galaxy M53 5G comes with a 6.7-inch FHD+ 1080pixels Super AMOLED Plus Infinity-O Display, and support for 120Hz refresh rate alongside Corning Gorilla Glass protection on the front panel. The Samsung Galaxy M53 5G comes in Blue and Green colors.
It packs a punch-hole display that houses a 32-megapixels selfie snapper with f/2.2 aperture, around the back panel is QUAD-camera support – a primary 108-megapixels f/1.8 rear camera with LED flash support, and lacks Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).
Assisting the main camera is the 8-megapixels ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 lens, 2-megapixels depth, and 2-megapixels macro cameras with f/2.4 aperture. The Galaxy M53 5G brings better camera features, AF, Lightning, and many more.
The connectivity includes 5G SA / NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS + GLONASS, Dual SIM, and NFC support. It ditches the 3.5mm audio port for USB Type-C audio and brings support for Dolby Atmos.
Instead of the in-display fingerprint sensor, the sensor has been shifted from the inside to the side of the phone, and it also supports Samsung Pay. It runs Android 12 OS out of the box with the company’s skin on top – Samsung One UI 4.1.
The Samsung Galaxy M53 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 6nm processor with its CPU clocking at 2x 2.4GHz Cortex-A78 and 6x 2GHz Cortex-A55 CPUs with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. But the Galaxy A73 is driven by Snapdragon 778G processor with a great CPU.
It is available only in one memory configuration – 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via micro SD card. The Galaxy M53 5G is fueled by a 5000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging through USB Type-C. Pricing and availability aren’t known.
