Samsung Galaxy A51 5G and Galaxy A71 5G launched with Exynos 980

During the announcement of Samsung’s new Galaxy A line series, the company also added the Galaxy A51 5G and Galaxy A71 5G with Exynos 980 processor and QUAD-rear cameras setup.

Alongside, other phones in the new Galaxy A series, includes the Galaxy A01, Galaxy A11, Galaxy A21, and Galaxy A51 LTE. The phones are priced around $110 for Galaxy A01 and above up to $399.99 for Galaxy A51 LTE.

Well, the differences between the Galaxy A51 5G and Galaxy A71 5G are noticeable, from screen size, main camera sensor, different fast charging tech, but they both runs on Android 10 with Samsung One UI 2.0.

The Samsung Galaxy A51 5G is a basic 5G phone with 6.5-inch screen size and 6.7-inch on the Galaxy A71 5G both with FHD+ 1080 pixels Super AMOLED Plus Infinity-O Display that hosts a single 32-megapixels selfie camera.

Both devices pack a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, dual 5-megapixels macro lens, and depth sensor, but the Galaxy A51 5G comes with a 48MP main camera and 64MP on Galaxy A71 5G.

The new Samsung phones feature a sleek body for a comfortable grip and a premium glossy finish. An in-display fingerprint sensor and support Samsung Pay and Samsung Health.

A Samsung Exynos 980 8nm processor at 2.2GHz Octa-Core controls the phone with Mali-G76 MP5 GPU, available in 6GB / 8GB RAM, with 128GB internal storage, that is expandable up to 1TB via micro SD card.

The Samsung Galaxy A71 5G comes in Prism Cube Black, Prism Cube Sliver and Prism Cube Blue while the A51 5G comes in Prism Cube Black, Prism Cube White, and Prism Cube Pink colors.

They run on Android 10 with Samsung One UI 2.0, features 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C USB 3.1 Gen 1. It also supports Dual SIM.

The phones pack 4500mAh battery capacity with 25W Super fast charging on the Galaxy A71 5G, and 15w adaptive fast charging on the Galaxy A51 5G.

We are still yet to know the price and availability of these phones. But the 5G variants will cost $100 more than its LTE variants.
