Redmi Note 10 series global variants announced – Note 10 Pro, Note 10, Note 10S and Note 10 5G

Redmi Note 10 series launch has already been confirmed but Xiaomi VP made it extra clear that they will arrive with Super AMOLED displays for Redmi Note 10 series – Redmi Note 10 Pro, Note 10, Note 10S, and Note 10 5G.

Xiaomi announced the Redmi Note 10 series in India, but it has already made its official international global launch, which is just a few hours away. To make it less confusing, Redmi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro was introduced in India, and the Redmi Note 10 5G and Redmi Note 10S made it to the global markets.

In that case, the global Redmi Note 10 Pro bears major identical specs to the Indian Redmi Note 10 Pro Max and so is the Indian Redmi Note 10 Pro to the global Redmi Note 10 Pro, but without the 108-megapixels camera lens, which builds up the difference.

Figuratively, the Redmi Note 10S is also similar to the Redmi Note 10, the difference between these two mid-range smartphones is the processor, while other specifications remain the same – the Helio G95 SoC over Snapdragon 678 SoC.

Unlike the others, the Redmi Note 10 5G lacks the praised AMOLED screen display, which is available on the other Smartphones in the series. It is powered by a 7nm MediaTek Dimensity 700 with 2GHz Cortex-A55 CPUs and 5G built-in.

It arrives with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, paired with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB / 128GB (UFS 2.2) storage, thankfully, you can easily expand the device’s memory up to 512GB through a dedicated MicroSD card slot.

The mobile handset packs a 6.5-inch 1080p LCD display with the standard 90Hz Adaptive refresh rate, which adjusts its screen when the content doesn’t need it, 30Hz for streaming video, 60Hz to scrolling social media feeds, and 90Hz for the gaming session.

It packs a triple camera setup, offering primary 48-megapixels main camera, 2-megapixels macro, and 2-megapixels depth sensor, and it features an 8-megapixels selfie shooter. It runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12, upgradable to MIUI 12.5.

Identical to the Redmi Note 10 lineup, the Note 10 5G has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, comes in Onyx Gray, Glacier Blue, and Gradient Bronze color options, thick at 8.92mm, and weighs 190g.

The Note 10 5G carries a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging through USB Type-C. It supports a 3.5mm audio jack, Hi-Res Audio, Dual SIM, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS connectivity. It’ll be available from April at $199 for the 4GB/64GB model and $229 for the 4GB/128GB option.

This is the Redmi Note 10 and it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 678 chipset, and it is available in either 4GB of RAM / 64GB of storage that costs $199, 4GB RAM / 128GB storage for $199, while the 8GB / 128GB goes for $279.

However, there is the 6GB RAM memory option, but the pricing has not been set. It packs a 5000mAh battery capacity with 33W charging through USB Type-C. It will be available starting from the 8th of March.

The Note 10 is available in Onyx Gray, Pebble White, Lake Green color options, and features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor scanner. The Redmi Note 10 comes with a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a DCI-P3 color gamut and 1100 nits in brightness.

Inside the hole-punch hole that stays at the upper top of the screen is a 13-megapixels sensor with an f/2.5 aperture. Around the back is a QUAD-camera setup, where the 48-megapixels camera is the main sensor with an f/1.79 aperture.

Supporting the primary camera lens is the 8-megapixels ultrawide camera sensor with f/2.2 aperture, 2-megapixels macro sensors, and 2-megapixels depth sensor that takes in-depth photography.

And then, we’ve got the Redmi Note 10S and it is almost no different from the Note 10 5G, aside from the camera sensor and chipsets. It is available in Onyx Gray, Pebble White, and Ocean Blue color options.

On the front is the same 6.43-inch Full HD+ 20:9 AMOLED screen with up to 1100 nits brightness, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 1080 pixels screen resolution and supports Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

It is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio G95 12nm processor with 2GHz A55 CPUs, 900MHz Mali-G76 3EEMC4 GPU, and like others in the series, it runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12, upgradable to MIUI 12.5.

Redmi Note 10S comes in different variants, there is 6GB RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB / 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, and you can expand the memory up to 512GB through a MicroSD card slot. Redmi uses the UFS 2.2 storage and LPDDR4X RAM.

The Note 10S arrives with four rear cameras, an 8-megapixels ultrawide camera sensor with f/2.2 aperture, 2-megapixels macro sensors, 2-megapixels depth sensor but it substitutes the Note 10’s 48MP for a better 64-megapixels f/1.79 main camera.

And still, the hole-punch camera holds the 13-megapixels selfie camera. It comes with a 3.5mm audio jack, Stereo speakers, IP52 Water-resistant, 8.3mm thickness, weighs 178.8g, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS.

Even the 5,000mAh battery with the same 33W charging support through USB Type-C is identical. Starting from April, this handset will be available, where the 6GB/64GB goes for $229, 6GB/128GB costs $249, and the 8GB/128GB set you back to $279.

The most premium of them all is the Redmi Note 10 Pro, and it doesn’t disappoint as the 6.67-inch AMOLED screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch response rate, something preferable for premium phones.

It will be available in Onyx Gray, Glacier Blue, and Gradient Bronze color options, and it still features the side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12 and supports DUAL SIM.

There is a 16-megapixels with f/2.45 aperture inside the punch-hole, while the rear panel holds the primary f/1.9 108-megapixels with Samsung ISOCELL HM2 sensor, which combines 9 pixels into 1 for a 12MP images.

In addition, there is the 8-megapixels ultrawide camera sensor with f/2.2 aperture, 5-megapixels tele-macro camera with f/2.4 aperture, and another 2-megapixels depth sensor.

Powering the Note 10 Pro is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset, paired with 6GB RAM / 64GB storage, 6GB RAM / 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM / 128GB of storage. and has a 5,020mAh battery with support for 33W charging through USB Type-C.

The Redmi Note 10 Pro will be available for purchase starting from the 8th of March, and early buyers can get the 6GB RAM / 64GB storage for $249 (instead of $279), 6GB RAM / 128GB storage for $269 (instead of $299) and 8GB RAM / 128GB storage for $299 (instead of $329) through Aliexpress on the 8/9th of March.
