Realme debuts its triple 5G mobile phones in China, it is the Realme X7 Pro, Realme X7, and Realme V3. All three phones are slightly different from each other, but the V3 is offered at an ultra-affordable price.
The Realme V3 offers budgeted features with 5G-modem, 6.52-inch 720 pixels HD+ 20:9 LCD display, Dimensity 720, 6GB RAM with 64GB / 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM with 128GB.
It comes with a mini-drop display that comes with an 8-megapixels camera. Around the back is the main 13-megapixels rear camera with LED flash, and two 2-megapixels 4cm macro and depth sensor. At the back is a fingerprint sensor.
Realme V3 measures 8.6mm and weigh 190g, 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. The price starts at 999 yuan ($146) for the base model, 6GB + 128GB costs 1399 yuan ($205), and up to 1599 yuan ($234) for the 8GB + 128GB model.
On the other hand, the Realme X7 comes in two major options, the 6GB + 128GB and the 8GB + 128GB variants that cost 1799 yuan ($263) and 2399 yuan ($351) respectively. The phone offers a 90.8% screen-to-body ratio.
The Realme X7 is built on the Octa-Core MediaTek Dimensity 800U (MT6873V) 7nm processor technology and its two big Cortex-A76 CPU cores run at 2.4 GHz, with Mali-G57 GPU, 6GB or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB internal storage.
It comes with a 6.43-inch 1080 pixels Full HD+ 2.5D AMOLED display with 180Hz touch sampling rate, Corning Gorilla Glass protection, and a single punch hole in the top left for the 32-megapixels f/2.5 selfie camera.
The X7 comes with a quad-camera tray setup, includes the main 64-megapixels f/1.8 camera, 8-megapixels 119° Ultra Wide Lens, and two f/2.4 2-megapixels 4cm macro and depth sensor. It comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
It runs on Android 10, measures 8.1mm, weighs 175g, and comes with a 4300mAh battery capacity with 65W ultra-fast flash charging via USB Type-C. It also supports NFC, Bluetooth 5, GPS, 5G SA/ NSA, and Dual 4G VoLTE connectivity.
The Realme X7 PRO is the top premium device here, and it ships with an Octa-Core MediaTek’s Dimensity 1000+ 7nm processor running at 4× A77 2.6GHz and 4× A55 2.0GHz clock speed. It comes with a Mali-G77 MC9 GPU.
It comes with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB / 256GB storage, runs Android 10 with realme UI, and comes with a 4500mAh battery with identical 65W ultra-fast flash charging, that offers 100% charge in 33 minutes.
It comes with a 6.55-inch Full HD+ 120Hz Samsung AMOLED flexible screen with a 240Hz touch sampling rate, 91.06% screen-to-body ratio 1200 nits peak brightness, and a fingerprint sensor built right into the display.
Both the Realme X7 and X7 PRO feature a glass back and the gradient version comes with AG coating process. It offers a 3.05mm ultra-narrow chin, measures 8.5mm, and weighs 184g.
Realme explained that the phone features Goodix’s ultra-thin light-sensitive in-screen fingerprint solution so the thickness is reduced by 2.7mm. It comes with the same 32-megapixels front-facing camera.
At the back panel is a quad-camera setup, consisting of Sony’s IMX686 64-megapixel camera sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and dual 2-megapixels retro portrait and macro camera.
It comes with 15509mm² VC liquid cooling that can reduce the temperature by up to 10℃, the company explained, and a tactile Engine linear motor for realistic three-dimensional vibration.
The phones come with a Superlinear Stereo speaker, Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res Audio. All three phones are available for order in China right now, and the Realme X7 from September 7 and the V3 from September 9th.
The Realme X7 Pro 6GB + 128GB costs 2199 yuan ($322), 8GB + 128GB is priced at 2499 yuan ($366) and 3199 yuan ($469) for the top-end 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage model.
