Realme released a new handset in its GT-series, the GT Neo2T in China with almost similar features with Realme GT Neo2 which was announced last two months, and little varying differences here and there. The smartphone starts at CNY 2,099 and will go on sale from November 1.
The Realme GT Neo2T comes with a 6.43-inch Samsung Super AMOLED screen display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels (FHD+), supports a 120Hz refresh rate, and 360Hz touch sampling rate. It comes with a 91.7% screen-to-body ratio, DC dimming, 1000 nits peak brightness, and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
Realme said something about the paint job of the GT Neo2T, where the Glazed White is as white as jade and as bright as a mirror and uses 7 layers of nano-level optical coating on the glass back for a matte effect that doesn’t attract fingerprints.
It features a 3.5mm audio jack, Stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res audio. Realme GT Neo2T is 8.4mm thick, weighs 186gram and has other features, such as 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, and GPS and NFC support.
Realme GT Neo2T is powered by a Dimensity 1200 AI processor, its a 6nm chipset and the second handset to be powered by the same chipset, where the OnePlus Nord 2 was the first. Coupled with 3.0GHz Octa-core CPU that runs on Android 11 OS.
The Realme GT Neo2T features a slim bezels, a VC liquid cooling system, aluminum frame glass back and also features an under-display optical fingerprint sensor for unlocking the phone. It supports dual nano sim 5G.
Around the back is a triple camera system setup consisting of a primary 64-megapixels f/1.8 primary shooter, 8-megapixels f/2.3 ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixels f/2.4 macro sensor. The punch-hole display houses a single 16-megapixels f/2.5 shooter.
It is available in three memory configurations, there is 8GB and 12GB RAM accompanied by 128|256|512 storage respectively, and no card slot for expandable storage. Realme GT Neo2T comes with 4500mAh non-removable Li-po battery with a 65W fast-charging capacity (100% in 36 minutes).

The Realme GT Neo2T 8GB RAM/128GB storage costs 2,099 yuan ($328, NGN134,581 Nigeria currency), 8GB RAM/256 storage costs about 2,299 yuan ($359, NGN147,300 Nigeria currency), and the 12GB RAM/256GB storage set you back at 2,599 yuan($406, NGN166,585 Nigeria currency). However, the Realme pre-order starts October 19 and will start hitting on retail stores from November 1.
