Realme announces another affordable entry-level Smartphone that refreshes screen rate at 90Hz. It is the Realme C17 with a 120Hz touch sampling rate and driven by the latest Snapdragon 460 processor.
The Realme C17 is actually made official in Bangladesh as the company’s latest smartphone in its C series. The company mentioned that the phone will go global.
Around the back of the phone is a gradient finish and support for a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Realme C17 will be available in two major distinct colors, Lake Green or Navy Blue color options.
On the front is a big-screen display, which offers a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD screen, 90Hz refresh rate, 120Hz touch sampling rate Corning Gorilla Glass protection, 720 pixels screen resolution, and boasts of 90% screen-to-body ratio.
With such a screen display, the Realme C17 oozes better specs and features than a supposed entry-level phone. There is a punch-hole inside the display, which houses a single 8-megapixel front camera lens.
There is an L-rear camera placement on the back, which consists of the primary f/2.2 13-megapixels camera with LED flash, f/2.2 8-megapixels 119° ultra-wide camera, and a dual f/2.4 2-megapixels B&W and 4cm macro camera lens.
It weighs 188g, P2i coating for splash resistant, and support for a 3.5mm audio jack, with FM Radio. The connectivity features include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, and GPS.
Speaking of the internal specs, the Realme C17 is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core CPU Qualcomm Snapdragon 460nm 11nm Mobile Platform with 600MHz Adreno 610 GPU, and 6GB LPDDR4x RAM.
It comes with a 128GB storage, which is expandable up to 256GB via a dedicated Micro-SD card slot. It runs on Android 10 with realme UI, and fuels by a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging via USB Type-C.
Starting from tomorrow, September 22nd, the Realme C17 will go on sale in Bangladesh at 15,990 Bangladeshi Taka ($188), which is the first flash sale with a slight discount. On September 24, the phone will go international with no pricing at this time.
