Poco X3 NFC announced with Snapdragon 732G and 120Hz display

POCO X3 NFC is the first phone to be powered by Snapdragon 732G SoC, sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+ LCD screen, QUAD-rear camera setup, 20-megapixels selfie shooter, and 5160mAh battery with 33W fast charging technology.

The new Android-powered Smartphone from POCO comes with near-field communication (NFC) in its name, making its one of the best long-awaited midrange mobile phones from POCO.

You can find the phone in two major paint jobs, Shadow Gray and Cobalt Blue color options. Aside from that, the back panel comes with weird camera placement, circular and the sensors stay inside the rectangular shape.

The new mid-ranger sports an IP53 compliant for water and dust splashes, and comes with a polycarbonate design, which more like a plastic panel on the rear side. It measures 9.4mm and weighs 215g.

Something about the screen display is outstanding here, it comes with a 6.67-inch Full HD+ LCD screen, 20:9 screen ratio, and 3.8mm. But the 120Hz refresh rate with Dynamic switches between 120Hz, 90Hz, 60Hz, or 50Hz and has a 240Hz touch sampling rate.

With the 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate, the phone boast of smoother scrolling. Other screen features include 1080pixels, HDR10, and it is protected by a Corning Gorilla 5 protection.

It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, which doubles as the power key, and powered by the Snapdragon 732G chipset, Qualcomm says that it is “the most powerful Snapdragon 700 series 4G processor to date”.

At the top center is an unobtrusive punch hole that houses the 20-megapixel selfie camera sensor. It comes with a liquid cooling 1.0 Plus with copper heat pipe and dual graphite to reduce the temperature by up to 6° C, the company claims.

The Smartphone runs Android 10 with MIUI 12 on top, and it is backed by a 5160mAh battery capacity with support for 33W fast charging via USB Type-C, that can charge up to 62% in 30 minute and up to 100% in 65 minutes.

For optics, POCO really did a great job there, where the X3 NFC offers Sony IMX682 64-megapixel 1/1.7″ sensor, 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel 4cm super macro, and a 2-megapixel camera for portrait shots.

These cameras come with AI features such as Skyscaping 3.0, the obligatory Night Mode, and ShootSteady video that’ll artificially stabilize any clip.

POCO X3 NFC has a Z-axis linear motor that offers over 150 different haptic vibrations. It comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack, dual stereo speakers, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), VoWiFi, Bluetooth 5, GPS, and NFC support.

The Poco X3 NFC will arrive in two major memory variants, there is the 6GB RAM / 64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM / 128GB storage, both are expandable memory up to 256GB. Where they are priced €199 / $199 and €249 respectively, for early birds.

Starting from September 8, 2020, you can preorder the phones at the aforementioned price, until September 11, and from then on, they will costs €229/€269 for the both storage option.
