POCO launches its second Smartphone, it is known as POCO X2 with a 6.67-inch Full HD+ 120Hz display, 64MP QUAD-rear cameras, Android 10, 8GB RAM and powered by a Snapdragon 730G processor.
The POCO X2 isn’t quite different from the Redmi K30 4G, tho the new Xiaomi’s spin-off company, POCO is going straight into competition with Realme.
Xiaomi introduced POCO, as its subsidiary company that will aim at launching intriguing high-end Smartphones, with high-performance but for an affordable price.
Anyways, the POCO X2 isn’t the company’s first phone, but the first under Xiaomi. The Poco F1 was the first with a Snapdragon 845 for an affordable price of $300.

The POCO X2 is the first phone in the company’s X-series. It comes with six cameras in total, a QUAD-cameras at the back, and a dual front-facing selfie snapper.
POCO X2 sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+ “Reality Flow” 120Hz LCD screen with 4.38mm, with 91% screen-to-body ratio, regards to 4.25mm ultra-narrow bottom frame.
Arrives with a 3D curved frosted glass body with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and available in Atlantis Blue, Matrix Purple, and Phoenix Red color options.
It comes with a Splash resistant (P2i coating), and a fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button.
It arrives with a dual-punch-hole screen, which is consists of a 20-megapixel camera along with a secondary 2-megapixel camera for portrait shots. It has RAW support, 960 fps slow-mo capture, and vlog mode.
While the QUAD-rear camera setup includes a Sony IMX686 64-megapixel 1/1.7″ sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel 2cm super macro and a 2-megapixel camera for portrait shots.
The device is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 730G 8nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 618 GPU, coupled with
6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB / 128GB storage.
Although, there is another 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 256GB storage, and both of them are expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card slot. It runs on Android 10 with MIUI 11 out of the box.
To complement the 120Hz refresh rate, the company slapped a gigantic 4500mAh battery with a 27W fast charging charger in the box, which charges over USB-C, includes a headphone jack.
The Poco X2 costs Rs. 15,999 ($225) for a model with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, 6GB/128GB mid-range variant at Rs. 16,999 and the 8GB of RAM with 256GB cost Rs. 19,999 ($281).
All three devices will start selling from February 11th, in India on Flipkart from noon. Anyways, we are still unsure about the international release.
