OPPO Reno 4 5G and Reno 4 PRO 5G announced at an event in China with FHD+ AMOLED with 90Hz refresh rate, 48MP triple rear camera, 32MP front-facing camera, and both phones are powered by Snapdragon 765G chipset.
The new phones are the company’s latest phone in the Reno series, and the successor to the previously announced OPPO Reno3 5G lineup. The Reno4 and Reno4 PRO 5G are slightly identical with a few differences.
However, you can grab the two phones from June 12th in China via authorized stores, while the Green Glitter version of the OPPO Reno4 Pro will be available from June 18th.
OPPO Reno 4 5G 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs 2999 yuan ($422), and the 256GB storage goes for 3299 yuan ($465). On the other hand, the Reno 4 PRO 5G’S 8GB RAM with 128GB goes for 3799 yuan ($532), and 12GB RAM with 256GB is priced at 4299 yuan ($606).

The OPPO Reno 4 5G carries a smaller 6.43-inch 1080p Full HD+ 2.5D display with a 90.7% screen-to-body ratio, while the Pro 5G with 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED Flexible screen with 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate and 93.4% screen-to-body ratio.
It arrives with an in-display fingerprint sensor scanner, and are both powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 765G 7nm EUV Mobile Platform with Adreno 620 GPU. Both run on Android 10 with ColorOS 7.2 out of the box.
Reno4 5G comes in two variant, 8GB RAM with 128GB and 256GB storage, while the PRO with 8GB RAM with 128GB, and 12GB RAM with 256GB internal storage. Both support dual linear speakers.
Thanks to the Snapdragon 765G Mobile Platform powering both phones, they come with support for 5G SA/NSA, 360° surround antenna 2.0. Other connectivity options include the Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, NFC, and USB Type-C.

Well, the differences are now clear with the above highlights of the Reno 4 5G, which explains the triple rear camera that is available on both phones, with a 48-megapixel as the main sensor with laser autofocus on the vanilla and the Reno 4 Pro has OIS.
The rest of the OPPO Reno 4 5G rear camera sensor includes 8-megapixel 119° ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel mono sensor. While the Pro packs a 13-megapixel telephoto camera with 5x hybrid zoom and up to 20 times digital zoom, and another 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle video lens for night videos and Super Image Stabilizer Pro.
OPPO added another front-facing camera lens to the 32-megapixel selfie camera on the Reno 4 5G, which is the 2-megapixel depth sensor for portraits. The PRO-only arrives with a single 32-megapixels sensor.
The vanilla version measures 7.8mm in thickness, 183g weight, and fueled by a 4020mAh battery capacity in either Diamond Blue, Mirror Black, and Taro Purple color options.
While the PRO weighs 172g, thick at 7.6mm and backed by a 4000mAh battery capacity, both with support for 65W Super Flash Charge fast charging. It is available in Diamond Blue, Diamond Red, Mirror Black, Titanium Blank, and Green Glitter colors.

During the launch, OPPO announced some wearable devices, which include the $70 OPPO Enco W51 Noise Cancelling Low-latency True Wireless Earbuds that promises up to 24 hours of battery life with the wireless charging case and 4 hours standalone and has USB Type-C charging.
The OPPO Enco W51 comes in White, Black, and Blue color options and supports 7mm drivers that promise dynamic bass, Bluetooth 5.0 support, and has IP54 ratings for protection against sweat and splashes.
On the other hand, there is the company’s first fitness band that costs $28, the OPPO Band with a 1.1-inch AMOLED color screen, SpO2 sensor, 12 sports modes, 5ATM water-resistant, 50-meter water resistance and promises up to 14 days of battery life.
OPPO also introduced a Black and Gold $35 fashion version with a stainless steel body with a TPU+ alloy band, NFC support, 24×7 Heart rate sensor, and Sp02 sensor for blood oxygen monitoring. The company also introduced the $42 EVA Evangelion-themed limited Edition.
