OPPO Reno 3 PRO has been officially announced with a 44-megapixel dual selfie camera, 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, 64MP quad rear cameras, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P95 12nm processor.
The Reno 3 PRO is the company’s latest flagship phone to join its premium “Reno series” devices train. The phone was unveiled in India this week.
However, the biggest highlights from the phone are its dual selfie camera, QUAD rear camera, and the 30W VOOC Flash Charge tech. OPPO debuts the phone as the “World’s 1st 44MP Dual Punch-hole Camera” phone.

Design and Display
The OPPO Reno 3 PRO is the international LTE (non-5G) variant of the Reno 3 PRO 5G that was launched at an event in China. It comes with a dual selfie camera inside the hole-punch at the top left of the display.
It sports a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED screen, support Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection with 91.5 screen-to-body ratios, and features an in-display fingerprint scanner that unlocks the phone in 0.34 seconds.
You can find the phone in three designated color options, Auroral Blue, Midnight Black, and Sky White colors. It weighs 175g, and features FM Radio, Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res Audio.
Six cameras and connectivity
There is a dual punch-hole at the top of the display that houses a 44-megapixel main camera with f/2.4 aperture along with a 2-megapixel portraits camera with f/2.4 aperture.
At the back panel of the phone sits a vertically mounted QUAD camera setup, consisting of the main 64-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, LED flash, plus an ultra-wide-angle 8-megapixel lens with f/2.2 aperture, EIS that can take macro images and Ultra Steady Video 2.0.
While the 13-megapixel telephoto lens offers 2x optical zoom, 5x hybrid optical zoom, and up to 20x digital zoom, with f/2.4 aperture. Lastly, there is a 2-megapixel mono camera with f/2.4 aperture, 1/5″ Sensor, 1.75um large pixels.
It still retains the 3.5mm audio jack and features Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C as its network and connectivity feature.
Faster Helio P95
The OPPO Reno 3 Pro is actually the first smartphone with the newly launched Mediatek Helio P95 chipset, sports an octa-core CPU with two Cortex-A75 cores running at up to 2.2GHz.
While the IMG PowerVR GM 9446 controls the graphic performance of the phone. It is coupled with 8GB of RAM, in either 128GB or 256GB storage options, and you expand any of this memory storages up to 256GB via micro-SD card slot.
Under the hood, the Reno3 PRO is completely fueled by a 4025mAh battery capacity with 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 flash charge fast charging tech. OPPO said it can charge the phone up to 50% in 20 minutes and 0 to 100% in 56 minutes.
The Reno3 Pro ships with Android 10 and ColorOS 7 on top. It will launch on March 6, you can purchase the phone at INR29,990 ($415/€375) for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version, while the 8GB RAM / 256GB version costs INR32,990 ($455/€412).
