OPPO F19 launched with Snapdragon 662 chips and Super AMOLED screen

Chinese-based Smartphone, OPPO launches its latest handset to the F-series collections, it is the OPPO F19 with a Super AMOLED screen, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and powered by Snapdragon 662 chipset.

OPPO unveiled the F19 Pro and F19 Pro+ last month, and with the F19 making its way to the series, the F19 lineup sees its third Smartphone. It was first announced in Sri Lanka and will make its way to India on April 6.

Well, the F19 is a mid-range Smartphone and comes in two promising colors – Prism Black and Midnight Blue options. It offers a slender 3D curved body, a 3.5mm headphone jack, FM Radio, 7.95mm thick and it weighs 175g.

It comes with a 6.43-inch 1080pixels Full HD+ AMOLED screen with 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, up to 600nits brightness, 92% DCI-P3, 100% sRGB, a standard 60Hz refresh rate, and 180Hz touch sampling rate.

There is an in-display fingerprint sensor scanner, a punch-hole cutout in the top left corner that houses a 16-megapixels selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture and supports other selfie beautification and others.

Around the back is a triple rear camera setup, where the only major lens is the f/1.7 48-megapixels camera with LED flash, supported by 2-megapixels 4cm macro sensor and 2-megapixels depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture.

The connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS/GLONASS/Beidou. There is Dual SIM support for either nano + nano / microSD.

It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 11nm Mobile Platform with one of its Kryo 260 CPU clocking at 2GHz processor count with Adreno 610 GPU. Available in 6GB LPDDR4x RAM, 128GB storage, and expandable memory with microSD.

OPPO F19 battery

It runs on Android 11 OS out of the box based on the OPPO’s ColorOS 11.1 skin. There is a 5000mAh battery capacity with 33W fast charging through USB Type-C.

The OPPO F19 costs Rs. 18,990 ($253 USD) and will be available starting from April 9th with pre-orders via Flipkart, India Amazon, and other online and offline stores.
