Chinese-based Smartphone company, OPPO introduces its latest Smartphone in the UAE – the OPPO A94 with a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen, and it is powered by MediaTek Helio P95 SoC with up to 8GB RAM.
The OPPO A94 is the official successor to the company’s last year’s A93, which was introduced around October 2020. The new device comes in Fluid Black and Fantastic Purple colors options and will be available soon in the UAE with no pricing at this moment.
It packs a 6.43-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED screen, offering 1080 pixels screen resolution with 800 nits brightness and boasts up to 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, with slight bezels around the screen display.
Inside the screen is an in-display fingerprint sensor that unlocks faster. The phone has a 7.8mm sleek and 172g light-weight body, it features a 3.5mm audio jack, and support for Hi-Res Audio.
The 32-megapixel selfie shooter lies inside the punch-hole at the upper left of the display. While the rear panel holds a QAUD-camera setup, offering the primary f/1.7 48-megapixel camera with LED flash support, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel mono lens and a macro camera.
It is powered by MediaTek Helio P95 SoC with IMG 9XM-HP8 GPU, coupled with 8GB LPPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB storage, which is expandable through the dedicated MicroSD card slot options and it runs on Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1.
It packs a 4,310mAh battery that supports 30W VOOC fast charging through USB Type-C. The connectivity options includes supports for dual-SIM (Nano), Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1 and GPS + GLONASS.
For comparison, the OPPO A93 comes with the same display, six cameras, main 16MP + secondary 2MP selfie shooter, and 48MP primary lens + 8MP ultrawide + 2MP macro + 2MP depth sensor. Powered by Helio P95 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage and starts at VND 7,490,000 ($323) in Vietnam.
