The OPPO A1k is a budgeted Android Smartphone that was launched in Russia with 4000mAh battery capacity, 5-megapixel front facing camera, and powered by a Helio P22 SoC.
Chinese Smartphone maker, OPPO made the announcement on Monday in Russia. And the phone is a new model of the 1 year aged mid-range Oppo A1 mobile handset.
There are significant similarities between the OPPO A1 and OPPO A1k, but the major differences is the water-drop or dewdrop notch display on the latest OPPO A1k.

Design and Display
The OPPO A1k Smartphone comes with an impressive design, which is a metallic texture on the back and a teardrop-style display notch.
It sports a 6.1-inch HD+ (720×1560 pixels), 19.5:9 screen with 282 PPI and the handset boasts of a 87.4% screen-to-body ratio.
In order to keep the screen of the device strong and powerful, the company added a Corning Gorilla Glass on top for more durability.
However, the mobile phone is available in Black and Red color options, and they have omitted the fingerprint sensor scanner at the back of the phone.
Camera and Connectivity
For optics, the A1k arrives with two cameras lens, a front facing camera sensor, for selfies and a single back camera with Flashlight.
The back of the OPPO A1k handset holds a 8-megapixel camera shooter with an f/2.2 lens, and it packs numerous camera features for enhancing your shots.
While the water-drop notch display style, houses a single 5-megapixels selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture. This is for taking breath-taking photo shots for your social media profiles.
The OPPO A1k arrives with bunch of network and connectivity features, which includes 4G LTE support, dual-SIM (Nano), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm audio jack, and a Micro-USB port.
Performance and Battery
The OPPO A1k is being powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762R) SoC, which is provides battery efficiency. And it is paired with IMG GE8320 GPU for intensive game play.
It is also available in one single variants, 2GB of RAM for multitasking coupled with a 32GB of internal storage for storing huge files, and you can expand it via a dedicated microSD card slot.
To keep the system engine running, there is massive 4,000mAh battery capacity on the power house, coupled with an AI-powered battery technology, which provides 17 hours of active usage on a single charge.
OPPO A1k runs on Android 9 Pie with the company’s ColorOS 6.0 on top, and it is priced at RUB 9,990 in Russia. And it will arrive in India soon for a price cut of Rs 7,990.
