Oppo launches the A15 in India for Rs. 10990 ($150) and will be available on Amazon India in the coming days. The OPPO A15 is the company’s latest entry-level handset with a 6.52-inch HD+ notch screen, Helio P35, and tripe rear cameras.
For quite a time now, the Chinese Smartphone maker, OPPO has not released a single mobile phone in its A-series, and the A15 is the first to arrive after a while. The phone runs on Android 10 with ColorOS 7.2 on top.
The OPPO A15 comes with a 6.55-inch HD+ display with 720 pixels screen resolution and offers slight bezels around the screen display. There is a waterdrop notch that holds the 5-megapixel camera on the front.
Around the back is a triple camera setup, where the 13-megapixel camera is the primary lens, and assisted with two other camera sensors, a 2-megapixel macro, and a 2-megapixel depth camera.
OPPO used a 3D curved body design for the A15, it arrives with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, and available in two paint jobs, Dynamic Black and Mystery Blue colors options.
It comes with a 164 x 75.4 x 7.9mm dimension, and 175g weighs. Other features includes a 3.5mm audio jack, DUAL SIM, FM Radio, with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS as connectivity options.
It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 12nm processor, Octa-core ARM Cortex A53 CPU with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The phone comes with a 4230mAh battery charging via a traditional MicroUSB port.
The device is available in a single variant, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, and it is expandable up to 256GB with a dedicated microSD card slot. At the downside of the A15 rear is the company’s logo.
Well, at Rs. 10990 ($150), the A15 is affordable and budgeted to meet your price range. Although, you can still get other Helio P35 or a more better options for almost the price.
