OPPO A12s launched in Cambodia as the company’s latest phone in the A-series. It sports a 6.2-inch display, dual rear camera setup, 4230mAh battery and powered by MediaTek Helio P35 12nm processor paired with 3GB of RAM.
The OPPO A12s just arrived a month after the Chinese based Smartphone company, OPPO announced the A12 in India. Both phones are quite similar to each other. The major difference is the paint job.

It is much more of an entry-level phone with three cameras, dual rear cameras of 13-megapixels main lens, and 2-megapixels secondary camera. While the waterdrop notch holds the 5-megapixels selfie snapper with AI selfie.
In reality, the OPPO A12s is more like an A12 with a different design. As it is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 (ARM Cortex A53 CPU), 3GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage, with a dedicated microSD card slot for expansion up to 256GB.
OPPO still retains the 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, comes with a dedicated dual SIM, and features 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/GLONASS, Micro USB Port as its connectivity features.
Identical to the OPPO A12, it is built around a 6.2-inch display with a waterdrop notch, with an HD+ resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
However, the paint job differences come in between the design also, unlike the 3D Diamond Blaze finish on the OPPO A12, the OPPO A12s carries a stunning plain matte finish on its back panel.
The phone runs on the company’s skin ColorOS 6.1 based on Android 10 OS out of the box. It sports a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor scanner, right under the camera.
It is fueled by a 4230mAh battery capacity via MicroUSB. The OPPO A12s costs $129 in Cambodia, and it is now available for purchase in Cambodia.
