OnePlus is now known for launching series of affordable Smartphones, and the latest is the OnePlus Nord 2 5G with Dimensity 1200-AI.
The OnePlus Nord 2 5G is the official successor to the first-true original Nord that was introduced last year.
With the introduction of the Nord 2 5G, OnePlus is trying to bar the line between mid-range and flagship Smartphones.
Out of its fresh pack, the Nord 2 5G comes with high-end specs, offering a 6.43-inch FHD+ Fluid AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate.

OnePlus Nord 2 5G sports a single 32-megapixel in-screen camera with a Sony IMX615 sensor but lacks the Nord’s extra ultra-wide lens.
As with the case of the dual to single selfie shooter, and now instead of a four-camera system on the first Nord, the successor comes with three camera sensors.
It starts with the 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor, which is the same sensor used for the OnePlus 9 Pro‘s camera and larger than the Sony IMX586 sensor used on the first original Nord.
The main camera comes with optical image stabilization for shake-free shots and videos and Digital Overlap HDR (DOL-HDR) helping synthesize exposure data from two images into one end shot.
Accompaning these camera sensor are 8-megapixels 119° ultra-wide snapper and a 2-megapixels monochrome sensor.
OnePlus shifted from its major chipset provider, Qualcomm to MediaTek. The Nord 2 5G is powered by Dimensity 1200 AI SoC.
It is a 6nm chipset with high-end specs, offering up to 3GHz coupled with ARM G77 MC9 GPU for better graphic performance.
This is actually the OnePlus first device to use MediaTek processor, and it comes with supports for both NSA and SA 5G network.
