    Nokia 8.3 5G is the company’s first mid-range 5G smartphone, it arrives with a 6.81-inch FHD+ PureDisplay, 64MP quad rear cameras with ZEISS Optics and powered by a Snapdragon 765G chipset.

    The newly introduced Nokia 8.3 5G was officially announced at an online event, and it runs Android 10 out of the box. HMD Global wants us to look at its latest phone as a flagship killer.

    Its biggest highlights include the great big display, a QUAD camera with ZEISS certification and 5G support. We won’t sideline the premium design and a power button that doubles as a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

    The Nokia 8.3 5G will be available in summer starting at €599 ($639) for the 6GB RAM with a 64GB storage version, while the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version goes for Rs. 649 Euros ($693).

    Well, the major feature is actually the 5G support, which the company said it can support more 5G bands than any other phone on the markets, including any ultra-flagship phones.

    Coming from HMD Global, the Nokia 8.3 5G will support more all of the existing and upcoming 5G networks around the globe. It supports Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, and retains the 3.5 mm headphone jack/

    Another salient feature is the ZEISS Cinema capture and editor and OZO audio. Relating to the Polar Night color, Nokia says it took inspiration from the arctic sky, and for the design, Nokia called it “Nordic Premium design”.

    For the optics, there is a QUAD-rear camera setup, including the main 64-megapixels rear camera, 12-megapixels ultra-wide-angle lens, 2-megapixels macro lens, and 2-megapixels depth sensor. While a 24MP selfie camera sits inside the hole-punch.

    Other specs include the 6.81-inch HD+ 20:9 LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 765G 7nm EUV Mobile Platform with Adreno 620 GPU, 6GB RAM/64GB storage, 8GB RAM/128GB storage, expandable memory with MicroSD.

    It runs on stock Android 10, which is part of the Android One program. This means that you are guaranteed 2 years of upgrades and 3 years of monthly security updates.

    You can still find the side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the power button, and fueled by a moderate 4500mAh battery with 18W fast charging. You can start buying the phone in Summer.
