And just when you thought it is over, Nokia just launch the LTE version for the Nokia 3310 (2017)! So henceforth, we would be looking at 2018, as a year of surprises!
As known earlier, the Nokia 3310 is a rugged phone that is popularly known to be near-destructible phone that comes at first with 2G networks and yea, it didn’t work for some few countries at first.
As the months goes by, HMD Global later launched a newer version that supported 3G networks, allowing it to work in the US on AT&T and T-Mobile and now, we are looking at a 4G LTE enabled Nokia 3310!
If one could recall, the Nokia 3310 with 2G network ran on a different software with the Nokia 3310 3G network version, so not surprisingly, the upcoming 3310 is also said to be running Alibaba’s Yun OS, despite all of them looking identical.
According to the source, the new version of the Nokia Phone 3310 has gone through China’s version of the FCC and is shown to support TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA, two of the country’s most popular wireless bands.
