Motorola launches the moto g power 2022, moto g200 5G with Snapdragon 888+, and four other G-series models. We will be discussing more on the first two. The moto g200 is actually the company’s latest 5G smartphone in the G-series.

The moto g200 5G is the true successor to the moto g100 that was introduced earlier this year. However, there are some major differences between these two phones. These include the display panel, camera, and finally, the processor powering these phones up.
On the front, the moto g200 5G comes with a 6.8-inch Full HD+ LCD screen display, with a 144Hz refresh rate, which is better than the 90Hz on the former generation. It comes with a DCI-P3 Color Gamut and it is HDR10 certified.
Inside the top punch-hole notch is a single 16-megapixel selfie camera. Around the back is a primary f/1.9 108-megapixels Ultra Pixel rear camera offering 2.1 µm effective pixel size when using 9-in-1 binning. It also supports 8K video capture / 960 fps slow-motion mode.
In addition, there is a secondary f/2.2 13-megapixels ultra-wide-angle lens offering 3cm macro, and 2-megapixels depth sensor. It comes with Dual SIM, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a Google Assistant button, and a 3.5mm audio jack with a bottom-ported speaker.
The phone is powered by Snapdragon 888+ processor with Adreno 660 GPU and it is paired with 8GB of fast LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB / 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It runs Android 11 OS. It supports 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6E1, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and NFC.
It is available in Stellar Blue and Glacier Green colors option and the frame and back are made out of plastic. The company added some metallic paint on the frame and a matte finish on the back. It comes with an IP52 rating for water resistance – for a minimum impact.
The moto g200 5G is fueled by a 5000mAh battery with 30W turbocharging through USB Type-C. It costs €450 ($410) and will be available in Europe and UK first, then in Latin America.

In the US, Motorola also launched the moto g power 2022 with a 6.5-inch HD+ 720 Pixels MaxVision 20:9 aspect ratio display with a 90Hz refresh rate featuring an 86.45% screen-to-body ratio. It measures 9.36mm and weighs 203g.
The moto g power 2022 comes with a primary 50-megapixels f/1.8 lens, and dual 2-megapixels sensors as depth and macro lens. On the front is an 8-megapixels f/2.0 selfie shooter. It comes with a 3.5mm audio jack, and a bottom-ported loudspeaker with smart PA.
It arrives with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, IP52 rater for water resistance, and connectivity including Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5 support, and GPS. It comes with a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging through USB Type-C.
The moto g power 2022 is powered by MediaTek Helio G37 12nm processor, it is the first Smartphone to do that. Paired with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, which is expandable up to 512GB with microSD.
The moto g power 2022 runs Android 11 OS and costs $199.99. It will also be available unlocked at Best Buy, Amazon.com, and Motorola.com in early 2022. Including other retailers such as Republic Wireless and Metro by T-Mobile and etc.
