Microsoft announces its next ultra-thin touchscreen laptop – Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 in both 13.5″ and 15″ PixelSense display. Along with the big screen sizes, there is a massive battery with up to 19h battery life.
On paper, the Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 looks more like its predecessor, the Surface Laptop 3. Although, the chipset on the Surface Laptop 4 is more powerful and better than the Laptop 3.
You get either 13.5 / 15-inch (2256 x 1504 pixels), and similar to the predecessor, there is the 3:2 PixelSense touchscreen displays, built-in HD front-facing camera, and the new models support Dolby Atmos Omnisonic speakers.

While the 15″ screen size with AMD Ryzen supports up to 17.5 hours of battery life and up to 16.5 hours for 15″ with an Intel Core processor. There is a 720p f/2.0 HD front-facing camera and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
There are the Dual far-field Studio Mics and Omnisonic speakers with Dolby Atmos. It comes with support for Wi-Fi 802.11 ax Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 LE, 1 x USB-C, 1 x USB-A, and Surface Connect.
Both screen sizes arrive with an Ambient light sensor, TPM 2.0 chip for enterprise security and BitLocker support, and support for Enterprise-grade protection with Windows Hello face sign-in.
Identical with its predecessor, the designs are the same, featuring an ultra-thin and lightweight device, the Surface Laptop 4 13.5″ is 14.5mm thick, and comes in either Platinum Alcantara and Matte Black metal.
Surface Laptop 4 15″ is 14.7mm thick, weighs 1.54kg, and comes in both Platinum and Matte Black metal options. Both are available to order in the US, Canada, Japan, and shipping will commence from the 15th of April.
