The Meizu 15 and Meizu 15 plus was also unveiled with Meizu 15 lite, alongside with other amazing gadgets that allows you to feel the true worth of your money, with less than $500, you could go home with the Meizu 15 plus.
On the design outfit, the both phones arrives with an identical display but the Meizu 15 plus software’s is likely the same with Galaxy S8 phone. You could probably call it, knock-off version or a cloned device but testifying to the beauty, it definitely looks impressive and wonderful for such pricing; although, not forgetting the other competitive phones within that price.

Design and Display
You wouldn’t ask for more when you are with the Meizu 15 and Meizu 15 Plus. Notably, there is a huge difference and similarities with other of its line; 15 Lite but the 15 and 15 Plus variants packs a noticeable, appealing specs and features.
The new Meizu 15 plus packs a 5.95-inch 1440p OLED display while the Meizu 15 comes with 5.46-inch 1080p OLED while both of them ditch the popular 18:9 for the traditional 16:9 aspect ratio with screen-to-body ratio of 83.4 percent.
The screen is wider, making the bezels more slimmer around the screen. The new phones still comes with a circular physical home button on the screen, think of the Touch ID in iPhones which features the Fingerprint sensor scanner.
The notch display design isn’t trending on the new Meizu phones and yes, that is a thumb up for those with this title; no-notch-for-me. Spectacularly, the 15 and 15 plus features a selfie camera, that stands alone at the front with the receiver.
At the back, there is a dual-lens, centrally and vertically mounted camera setup for both phones. They are available in White, Black, Gold and Blue color. The Meizu 15 plus features a 153.8 x 78.25 x 7.25mm dimension and weighs 177g while the 15 with a 143 x 72 x 7.25mm with 152g.
Camera and Connectivity
The Meizu 15 and Meizu 15 Plus arrives with dual camera set-up of 20mega-pixels + 12mega-pixels 3x telephoto with f/1.9 aperture with Sony IMX380 sensor. Features a 12-megapixel sensor with wide-angle lens, whereas the second is a 20-megapixel sensor with telephoto lens for up to 3X lossless zoom.
On the other hand, the Meizu 15 Plus comes with OIS and EIS while the Meizu 15 support only OIS on main camera. They both arrives with multi-frame noise reduction and HDR algorithms. They packs a 20-megapixel front-facing selfie shooter f/2.0 with AI beauty recognition and Face unlock.
Both smartphones comes with 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, WCDMA, GSM, GPS, WiFi, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth network connectivity.
Performance and Battery
The Plus is powered by a Samsung Exynos 8895 processor, 6GB of RAM with ARM Mali G71 MP20 while the 15 with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, 4GB of RAM with Adreno 512 GPU. Both phones comes with Android plus the company’s new Flyme 7 software, rarely seen on phones.
The plus version is available in two variants, 6GB + 64GB of storage and 6GB + 128GB of internal storage, unfortunately, they are non-expandable while the 15 features just 4GB and 64GB which is expandable via Micro SD card.
The plus features a 3500mAh battery capacity while the 15 comes with 3000mAh capacity with Meizu’s mCharge flash technology. That allows for a more faster charge time.
The front home button is embedded with fingerprint sensor scanner that unlocks within 0.08 seconds with Face Unlock also. There is an in-built mEngine that offers more real and delicate vibration effect. The small home button has pressure sensor chip, which combined with mEngine can simulate the feel of the physical buttons, says the company.
