Infinix Note 12 (G88) and Infinx Note 12 Turbo Specs and Price

    Within a short period of time, Infinix officially introduces its Infinix Note 12 series, and it is the company’s latest smartphone lineup. It brings more advanced features than the previous generation – Infinix Note 12 and Infinix Note 12 Turbo.

    Alongside the Infinix Note 12 and Note 12 Turbo, the company officially released the Infinix Note 12, Note 12 Pro, Note 12 G96, Note 12i, and Note 12 VIP. Among this list, the Infinix Note 12 VIP is the most premium, featuring spectacular specifications.

    The company unveiled the Infinix Note 12 in two chipset variants – MediaTek Helio G96 and Helio G88 processor. In this case, Note 12 is powered by MediaTek Helio G88, and the Note 12 Turbo is driven by an Helio G96 SoC. Both are built on a 12nm processor.

    Infinix ensured that these phones use MediaTek HyperEngine 2.0 Gaming and DarLink 2.0 technology that further enhances the gaming interaction and display experience. Both run Android 11 with XOS 10.6 out of the box.

    Infinix Note 12 (G88)

    The Infinix Note 12 chipset uses Dual 2GHz Cortex-A75 and Hexa 2GHz 6x Cortex-A55 CPUs, which sports an ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU @ 1000MHz, and the Note 12 Turbo uses Mali-G57 MC2 GPU on its 12nm processor with Dual 2.05GHz A76 and Hexa 2GHz A55 CPUs.

    These phones arrive with a 6.7-inch 1080 pixels Full HD+ AMOLED screen with up to 1000 nits of peak brightness, featuring a traditional 60Hz refresh rate, but uses a 180Hz touch sampling rate alongside 108% NTSC Ratio and 100% DCI P3 color gamut.

    Both phones boast a 92% screen-to-body ratio and have Widevine L1 certification. Inside the front notch display is a single 16-megapixel selfie shooter with dual LED flash support. Around the rear panel is a triple camera setup.

    The back panel holds a primary 50-megapixels f/1.6 aperture, supported by an additional 2-megapixels depth sensor, and AI lens. The cameras sport a quad-LED flash for brighter shots. It also arrives with more camera features Slow-Mo, Portrait shots, and more.

    Infinix Note 12 and Infinix Note 12 Turbo feature an anti-glare matte finish back panel with a side flat frame and a mix of mirrors in the camera panel. These come with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, measures 7.90mm, (Turbo: 7.89mm), and weigh 184.5g.

    The connectivity includes Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS, and GLONASS. Infinix Note 12 (G88) is available in 4GB RAM with 64GB (eMMC 5.1) storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB (eMMC 5.1) storage, which is expandable up to 512GB with microSD.

    On the other hand, there is the Infinix Note 12 Turbo in 8GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 128GB storage expansion, and it is expandable up to 512GB via a dedicated microSD card slot. Both are fueled by a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging via USB Type-C.
