Infinix Note 10 series unveiled – Note 10, Note 10 Pro and Note 10 Pro NFC

Infinix announces its latest Smartphones series lineup – Infinix NOTE 10 with MediaTek Helio G85 and Infinix NOTE 10 Pro with 33W charging supports and powered by MediaTek Helio G95 processor with up to 8GB RAM.

These Smartphones are quite identical to each other and comes with more improved features than the previous generation. For instance, the new NOTE 10 series comes with 1080p+ resolution, up from 720p+ on the predecessor.

Aside from the Infinix NOTE 10 Pro, the company also introduced the Infinix NOTE 10 Pro NFC and as you assumed, it comes with NFC support and it is totally identical to the NOTE+ 10 Pro.

Infinix NOTE 10 PRO and NOTE 10 PRO NFC

These mobile handsets arrive with a 6.95-inch 1080 pixels Full HD+ LCD screen with support for a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. Since it is not an AMOLED screen, the fingerprint reader is shifted to the side.

Powering these smartphones are powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 processor. It is a 12nm chip offering two Cortex-A76 cores (2.05 GHz), six A55 (2.0 GHz), and a Mali-G76 MC4 GPU clocking at a faster 900 MHz.

The Helio G95 CPU boosts faster at +25% and GPU power at +120% than the MediaTek Helio G80 running through the Infinix Note 8 Smartphone. These run on Android 11 OS out of the box with XOS 7.6 skin on top.

Both NOTE 10 PRO and NOTE 10 PRO NFC are available in either 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, and they are expandable up to 256GB through a dedicated MicroSD card slot.

It uses LPPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage and also supports Dual SIM for either nano + nano / microSD slot. It comes with a 3.5mm headphone audio jack, support for FM Radio, and features a Cinematic Dual Speakers with DTS.

On the back is a QUAD-camera setup, 64-megapixels lens with quad-LED flash, which boasts of a 1/1.7” sensor (0.8µm pixels, 1.6µm with binning), secondary 8-megapixels lens, it is and a 120º FoV ultra-wide camera with f/2.3 aperture.

Others include the 2-megapixels B&W camera and 2-megapixels portrait camera lens. On the center punch-hole is a 16-megapixels front camera with quad-LED flash. The NOTE 10 PRO NFC Edition only comes with supports for NFC.

The connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, and GPS + GLONASS. It is quite slim at 7.8mm thickness and comes in Black, Nordic Secret, and Purple color options.

Both NOTE 10 PRO dual arrives with a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging through a USB Type-C connector. Based on a different region, these phones will be available at $260 within this month.

This is the base model among the series, and it still carries most of the specifications and features. You are still looking at an identical 6.95” LCD display with a 1,500:1 contrast ratio and 480 nits of brightness.

It also comes with support for a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. It arrives with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio support, and Cinematic Dual Speakers with DTS.

While the hole punch still holds the same 16-megapixels selfie shooter, the QUAD camera setup comes with a tweak, although, the secondary 2-megapixels 4cm macro camera and 2-megapixels portrait camera still remains intact.

But the main lens is now a 48-megapixels rear camera with quad-LED flash, which is smaller than the 64-megapixels on the NOTE 10 PROs. It lacks an ultra-wide camera lens. However, the main camera records 4K video (including the 960 fps slow-mo mode).

Powering the NOTE 10 is the MediaTek Helio G85 12nm processor, where the CPUs are Dual 2GHz Cortex-A75 + Hexa 2GHz 6x Cortex-A55 CPUs with up to 1000MHz ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU, which is slightly faster than the Note 8’s Helio G80.

It comes in two memory configurations, there is the 4GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 128GB storage, and similar to others, it supports memory expansion up to 256GB via a dedicated MicroSD card slot.

It is thick at 8.8mm and comes in Black, Emerald Green, and Purple color options. The connectivity options includes Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, and GPS + GLONASS.
