HUAWEI P40 Lite with Kirin 810 is just a rebranded Nova 6 SE in Spain
This is the HUAWEI P40 Lite with a 6.4-inch FHD+ display, powered by Kirin 810, 48MP Quad rear cameras, 16-megapixel in-screen camera, 4200mAh battery, and a side-mounted Fingerprint sensor scanner has been announced.
Huawei P40 Lite is actually the first member of the P40 series in Europe. Although, it is just a rebranded Nova 6 SE Smartphone that was announced in China back in December last year.
Actually, the Huawei P40 Lite is definitely a budget phone killer, it was announced in Spain. The processor might not be the fastest and latest, but it sure sports other impressive features.

It arrives with a 6.4-inch (2340×1080 pixels) Full HD+ IPS display, DCI-P3 wide color gamut, weighs 183g, available in Black, Pink and Green colors option and a gradient back panel.
There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Hybrid Dual SIM, which uses nano + nano / NM card, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, USB Type-C as its network and connectivity.
HUAWEI P40 Lite carries a QUAD-rear camera setup, which consists of the main 48-megapixels rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, 8-megapixels Ultra Wide Angle lens with f/2.4 aperture, dual 2-megapixels camera for macro and depth-sensing with f/2.4 aperture.
While the punch-hole at the top left houses a single 16-megapixels selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. Please note that the camera can’t perform 4K video capture.
Understand that Huawei will unveil its P40 series flagships on March 26, but this is the P40 Lite, which is a rebranded Huawei nova 6 SE in China and Huawei nova 7i in Malaysians.
It is powered by an Octa-Core Kirin 810 7nm processor, similar to the global version of HONOR 9x Pro with ARM Mali-G52 MP6 GPU, 6GB LPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB storage, expandable memory up to 256GB with Huawei NM memory card.
The P40 Lite runs on Android 10-based EMUI 10.0.1 with HMS, which is the and HUAWEI Mobile Services (HMS) instead of Google Play Services. Huawei is trying to create its own eco-system and it is working for now.
A massive 4200mAh battery capacity keeps the phone going with 40W HUAWEI Super fast charging, which is similar to the P30 Pro and Mate 20 PRO in size and wired charging speed.
However, the phone will start selling from next month in Spain and select countries in Europe with pre-orders starting from March 2. It will start hitting on stores from March 16.
The HUAWEI P40 Lite in three colors will be priced at 299 Euros ($326), the first shipments are scheduled for March 7. If you are lucky to order soon, you will get the Freebuds 3 pair for free.
