Chinese Smartphone maker, Huawei announces their latest Smartphone series at an event in China, it is the nova 6, nova 6 SE, and nova 6 5G mobile phones with punch-hole displays.
We have actively seen the nova 6 lineup series teasers on Weibo for a couple of a few weeks now, but today, Huawei has finally launched the family in China.
Huawei has launched the Huawei Nova 6, Huawei Nova 6 5G and the Huawei Nova 6 SE for the Chinese market. While the nova 6 SE looks more like a mid-range smartphone.

All the phones run on Android 10 with EMUI EMUI 10.0.1 out of the box with 8GB of RAM, 128GB / 256GB storage while the nova 6 SE comes with 128GB only, expandable memory up to 256GB with Huawei NM memory card.
The three phones also pack a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, which is shifted from the in-display on Huawei nova 5 series, and a gradient glass back panel design. Which makes these mobile phones striking beautiful.
While the HUAWEI nova 6 and nova 6 5G comes with a 6.57-inch (2400 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ LCD 2.5D curved glass display with 96% NTSC color gamut and dual selfie camera in its hole-punch design.
But the nova 6 SE comes with a 6.4-inch (2340×1080 pixels) Full HD+ IPS display, DCI-P3 wide color gamut. There is a single hole-punch with a single selfie camera lens.
The Huawei nova 6 SE arrives with a QUAD rear camera setup, which consists of the main 48-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, 2-megapixel camera for macro and another 2-megapixel camera for depth sensing in portrait shots.
And a single 16-megapixels front camera with f/2.0 aperture. It weighs 183g and supports Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, USB Type-C as its network and connectivity features as the nova 6.
On the other hand, the nova 6 and nova 6 5G comes with a triple rear camera lens, the 40MP RYYB camera with f/1.8 aperture, 8-megapixels f/2.4 aperture 120° ultra-wide-angle lens, 8-megapixels telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture AF OIS, 3x optical zoom.
While the front hole-punch design packs a dual selfie snapper, which includes a 32-megapixels with f/2.0 aperture, 8-megapixels secondary camera with f/2.2 aperture, 105° ultra-wide-angle lens.
They both phones weigh 197g, while the nova 6 5G comes with 5G SA/NSA but both come with WiFi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS (L1+L5 dual frequency), NFC, USB Type-C.
Nova 6 and its 5G variant are powered by HUAWEI Kirin 990 processor with ARM Mali-G76MP16 GPU, Big Core + Tiny Core NPUs + Balong 5000 modem for the 5G version.

But the nova 6 SE is powered by an Octa-Core Kirin 810 7nm processor with ARM Mali-G52 MP6 GPU and comes in Black, Pink and Green colors while the nova 6 and nova 6 5G come in Black, Blue, Violet, and Red colors options.
Huawei nova 6 SE and nova 6 are fueled by a 4200mAh battery capacity, but the Nova 6 comes with 4100mAh battery with 40W super Fast charging support.
The HUAWEI nova 6 4G version is priced at 3199 yuan ($454) and the nova 6 5G version costs 3799 yuan ($539) for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version.
While the nova 6 5G 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version is priced at 4199 yuan ($596). You can start purchasing the phone from December 12th in China, but the pre-order has already begun.
The nova 6 SE in its single variants, 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, 128GB storage costs 2199 yuan ($312) and will go on sale from December 25th in China and will be available for order from 18th December 2019.
