Alongside with the Nova 5 series, and MediaPad 10.8-inche, the company announced the MediaPad M6 8.4-inch in China and it is Huawei’s new MediaPad series.
Both the Huawei MediaPad 10.8-inches and MediaPad M6 8.4-inches comes with almost the same specs and features. And it includes the cameras, Kirin 980 SoC, RAM, Android and storage.

The Huawei MediaPad M6 8.4 is completely powered by the Kirin 980 SoC and come with 4GB RAM while storage can be either 64GB or 128GB.
It runs on the company’s EMUI 9.1 skin based on the latest Android 9.1 OS. Sports a 8.4-inch LCD (2560 x 1600) WQXGA 16:10 2.5D curved glass display with slim bezels.
There is the same 8-megapixels front camera and 13-megapixels rear shooters. And the company added a Harman Kardon branded quad speaker setup for the larger tablet for more immersive media consumption.
Huawei also took the wraps off Huawei Mini Bluetooth speaker. It also comes with a keyboard case for added productivity with USB Type-C ports, 3.5mm audio jacks and microSD card slots.
The Huawei MediaPad M6 8.6-inch tablet comes with dual stereo speakers, supports Huawei Histen sound and are Harman Kardon audio certified and Support Hi-Res Audio.
Unlike the MediaPad M6 10.8-inches with 7500mAh battery capacity, the company backed the powerhouse of the MediaPad 8.6-inche with 6100mAh battery with fast charging (9 V / 2 A).
The HUAWEI MediaPad M6 8.4″ is available in Champagne Gold color option, and will be available for order from July 10th and goes on sale in China from July 20th. The pricing of the phone includes:
