During the Mobile World Congress 2018, Huawei didn’t show up with any Smartphone but sure thing, is that, they arrived with amazing gadgets and one of them includes an intriguing laptop with tiny bezels that promises a lot of specs and features.
The laptop comes with an impressive design, featuring a slim and sleek design with an all aluminum body. Comes with a slick new touchscreen with a fingerprint reader. With a 13.9 inches diagonal and 3000 x 2000 screen resolution.
There is one crazy stuff about the new Huawei’s Laptop. It features a webcam like any other Laptops out there but a separate designed placement of the lens. Lets call it crazy placement of webcam.
The Webcam is hidden in plain sight as a spring-loaded button between the F7 and F8 keys. So, basically, the laptop webcam is within the keyboards area. The fingerprint sensor is chip-set based. That means it securely stores your fingerprint on the computer, not on a cloud.
On the weights, it features a 14.6mm thick and 2.93 pounds heavy and the colors are “space grey” and “mystic silver.” While for the battery aspect, the company promises a laptop’s battery life at 12 hours of 1080p video playback.
And it comes with a fast-charging charger that purportedly provides 6 hours of battery life after a 30 minutes charge. It has two USB-C ports, one USB-A port, a power button. Other specs includes; eighth-generation Intel Core i5 or i7 processors, 8GB or 16GB of RAM, 256 or 512 SSD and a Quad-speakers with Dolby Atmos.
