*. Switch your decoder on if your account has already been disconnected.
*. Log on to Quickteller
*. Select the DStv bouquet of your choice.
*. Enter your e-mail address, smartcard number, and enter your mobile phone number.
*. Click NEXT.
*. Will display the DStv subscriber’s name and confirm that your smartcard number was filled correctly.
*. Click PAY and click on your debit card type i.e. Interswitch, Verve or MasterCard.
*. Enter your card details i.e. Card Number and Expiry Date as inscribed on your debit card, and CVV (three digit found at the back of the card).
*. Click PAY
*. Enter your Token code, or your ATM PIN for other banks.

After the transaction is completed, your DStv account is credited, your viewing will be restored. This method is one of the fastest online, you really don’t have to stress yourself while paying up. You don’t have to walk into any office to get it paid, it is simply done from the comfort of your home.

1. Go to Quickteller DStv portal HERE and choose your package, I selected Family N3800.

2. Now enter your details, such as;
– DSTV smart card number
– Email
– Mobile number and click on continue

3. If your smart card number was entered correctly, then it will display your Customer Name and the transaction fee of N100, now Click on PAY!

4. It will automatically pop-up the payment process, now enter your details;
– Card number example 4883************
– Month and Year example 1020
– CVV (three digit found at the back of the card) e.g 950
After entering, click on PAY

It will process for a while and this will be your final result;

Congratulating you have a successful payment! And they will automatically send you a confirmation message, alongside with your bank too. After the Payment, you can clear or reset your DStv decoder.

Note that, after payment, you can watch the channels within 5minutes or so! To also confirm the transaction, a mail will be sent to your email account!
