The Honor 8x Max arrives with a Dolby Atmos sound and stereo speakers, which enhances the speaker of the phone. However, this is the first time we have seen two phones launched in the Honor X Series. The Honor 8X Max will be known as Huawei Enjoy Max in some markets.

The Honor 8X Max is much more like a tablet or phablet. There is the reasonable and large 7.12-inch notched screen display with 18.7:9 aspect ratio. There is screen resolution of 1080pixels for reality screen play.
One of the major difference between the Honor 8x and Honor 8x Max is the v-shaped notch design, that Vivo calls “Halo Fullview Display.” in Oppo world, they called it “Waterdrop Screen,” The notch display is only meant for the selfie snapper camera.
Unfortunately, the Honor 8X Max is unlike the Honor 8x with enhanced and high-resolution. But the cameras are powered by Artificial intelligence (AI) for AR stickers, Portrait mode, HDR, and Super Night Scene among others.
It comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, 4GB RAM with the Adreno 509 GPU for graphic performance. The fingerprint sensor scanner is nicely placed at the back of the device.
The Honor 8x Max is unlike other devices with the same v-shape notch display, like the Vivo V11, Oppo R17 Pro, Oppo F9 Pro, Oppo R17 Android Smartphone, with in-display fingerprint sensor scanner. But instead features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor scanner.
However, the Honor 8x Max is only stuck at 4GB RAM, and it is available in China for ¥1499 / Rs. 15,745 / $219, which is around N79,000 in Nigeria currency. While the Honor 8x with 4GB + 64GB internal is priced at ¥1799 / Rs. 18,900 / $263, that is N95,000.
