This Mobile Branch Powered by Solar has more benefit when using; Firstly, the cost of traveling from your house to the ATM or bank, secondly, when the transfer is way too serious and you really need to send ASAP.
Mr Damola Bolodeoku, the bank’s Head of eBusiness, in a statement on Wednesday in Lagos, said the mobile branch was fitted with two automated teller machines (ATM).
WEMA bank has taken on the challenge by creating mobile branches that are powered by solar, making them the first Nigerian bank to do so. Their objective is to make banking services available to everyone in all parts of the country, especially in undeserved markets.
Their mobile branch is aptly named “Wema Bank on Wheels.” The new truck is also fitted with two automated teller machines (ATM).
