Android Nougat 7.0 Android Latest OS to Arrive on August 22!

WE can’t confirm this news but there is a lot of proofs from different online source. The long awaited Android Nougat 7.0 Android Latest OS will be arriving sooner or later in August and date has been booked!

We all know that most of the Android Smartphones Producers will be ready to launch their Smartphone as the first of their Kind to run Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box. But meanwhile, LG V20 is taking that glory first -where they will be launching the first new phone to run Nougat on September 6.

But then, the Nexus Update will be arriving sooner or later – and they are also letting Korean testers take the OS for a run on the G5 starting August 22. Meaning that LG wouldn’t be releasing this before Google’s own builds, all signs point to a launch next week.

Yea, we already knew it would arrive in August, and there are two big clues pointing to that specific release date. And the reporters points to Canadian operator flat-out listing an ‘Android N Update’ for the Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X on that date.

The August 22 update will likely just be for Nexus phones. But if you’re really impatient, you can just download the betas, which are on the final public builds. Stay Tuned!

Android N (7.0) Operating System- Specs and Features

We haven’t tested the full Android 6.0 Marshmallow and standing before us is the new Android 7.0 or Android N -which is the new Android Operating System, which is just like the latest iOS 10 Apple Operating system. So today, we will be looking in-dept of the new Android operating system.

Although, the Android N features might be rumors but the news are coming from confirmed source. Below are a quick look of a Android 7.0 operating system. Many different features has been added but iOS 10 stole a lot from Android operating system.

Although, the final Android 7.0 release date has been confirmed for Q3, 2016, giving Google until September 30 to make good on its timeline. As we all know, the Android N is Google’s next phone and tablet operating system update, the company is officially more than halfway through the English alphabet.

Meanwhile, During Google I/O 2016, they were several information about the Android 7.0 update. For starters, Android 7.0 will introduce seamless updates so future Android updates will happen silently in the background via A/B partition switching.

The actual name has not yet been released, many feared it will be called Namey McNameFace but we are not yet sure about the features. Meanwhile, Samsung, LG, Motorola, Huawei, Sony Xperia, HTC, Xiaomi might released their next Mobile Phones with the latest Android 7.0 or Android N, like Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge that is coming next year. Others might update their version with the Android N.

Coming the Android One Android 7.0 update, Android One always occupy a lot of Android updates. Because they run stock Android and Google handles firmware updates, meaning the Android One Android 7.0 update should arrive at the same time as it does for Nexus devices with both OTA and flashable factory image options.

And guess what? During the Google I/O keynote, users were invited to vote on a name for Android N.

Android N won’t be released until Q3 2016, and even then only on Nexus devices. If you have a recent flagship phone or tablet from a well-known maker such as Sony, Samsung, HTC, LG or Motorola, it’s likely you’ll see the update rolled out within the first few months of 2017.

The Android N developer preview 3 is now available for Nexus devices by the Android Beta Program. Hence, If you haven’t yet received the update, just head to Settings > About Phone > System Updates > Check for Updates to force the OTA.

The Android N won’t be arriving with a Android N app drawer and also there will be a Chrome OS integration and it will support Stock stylus. The Android N or Android 7.0 will come with the new Google messaging Apps known as Allo and Duo. No breaking of passwords again, there will be an Improved Smart Lock for Passwords.

Other update includes Sustained Performance Mode, Seamless updates i.e there is no required to download an Android update, install it and reboot, Android N will automatically download and install it on a secondary partition. And no Night Mode also arriving with Google Keyboard themes.

At the latest count on 6 June 2016, Android Developers published the following breakdown of Android platform segregation:
Cupcake, Donut, Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean, KitKat, Lollipop and Marshmallow 6.0 -And now we have the Android 7 or Android N, hope it will be fast.

On April 13: Android N developer preview 2 (alpha)

While in June: Android N developer preview 4 (with final APIs and SDK) and we are expecting that in July: Android N developer preview 5 (near-final build) then within the month of August/September: Final Android 7.0 AOSP build.

Currently, we have not concrete name for this update, Google has sometimes opted to do smaller iterations for the updates. For example, Android 4 had 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, 4.1 Jelly Bean and 4.4 KitKat. Samsung hasleaked out it might be called Android 7. Within its source code for its MultiWindow SDK 1.3.1, it reads “This version has been released with Android N(7.0) compatibility.”

Google didn’t announce the big number at IO. So we don’t know for sure. Among the Android 7.0 or N and the Android Marshmallow, which one do you love?
